Adrian Jones is a registered migration agent and establishes a business on his own. He obtained his registration last week. He wishes to attract new clients and uses social media to do so. He has not completed any visa applications to date for any client. He wishes to attract specifically business migrants as he feels that that is the most profitable area. He places an advertisement on Facebook stating that he is a migration agent with specialist expertise in Business Skills as well as a photograph of the Minister for Immigration and himself shaking hands at a professional function.

As part of the advertisement, he states that in the event an application is refused, he will refund his professional fees as he is confident of success. There is no other information placed in the advertisement except for his email address.
