Question - Nancy Gilbert is a 65-year-old Caucasian female who has a history of laryngeal cancer requiring a permanent tracheostomy and continuous supplemental oxygen. The patient is non-verbal. Nancy was evaluated in the emergency department for dyspnea, cough, and fever. She was admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of right middle lobe pneumonia.
