Learning Outcome 1: Undertake research to demonstrate an understanding of Agile concepts, tools and techniques.
Learning Outcome 2: Reflect on the Agile process and the influence on the individual's professional development within the method used in this subject with particular emphasis on Agile roles within teams.
Task Summary

You are required to write and submit a 1500-word individual reflection about how your work as a Agile Team is progressing so far. You are required to use Driscoll's "What Model" (2007) as a framework for this exercise and your reflection should clearly follow the steps of the framework.
1. What? - Describe what is happening within your team as you progress to the midway point of your project. Think about the following perspectives:
a. How has the team has negotiated its formation?
b. How has the developed a working agreement via the team contract?
c. How establishing sprints progressed?
d. How is your use of kanbans/scrum boards progressing?
2. So what? - Undertake an analysis to understand
a. Are the team demonstrating an Agile Mindset?
b. Have the team members demonstrated Servant Leadership?
c. Is there Psychological Safety within the team?
d. Is the team working in a self-organised manner?
e. What benefits is the team getting from Retrospectives?
3. Now what? -. Formulate a plan of 3 action items that you will take forward within the team which will improve 3 of the following 4 areas:
a. Agile Mindset
b. Servant Leadership within the team.
c. Psychological safety within the team.
d. Working as a self-organised team.
e. Reflection through the Retrospective process
Task Instructions
Write a 1500-word reflective report addressing the concepts of how working agreements, the Agile Mindset, Psychological Safety and Servant Leadership can influence how a self-organised team can bring their working agreement to life with Agile practices.

Please use font Arial or Calibri 11 point, should be line spaced at 1.5 for ease of reading and page numbers on the bottom of each page.
If diagrams or tables are used, due attention should be given to pagination to avoid loss of meaning and continuity by unnecessarily splitting information over two pages. Diagrams must carry the appropriate captioning.
