Assignment:

Marketing can be a powerful tool to change people's behaviors and habits. What social problem would you want solved or what behavior would you want to change through marketing? What kinds of persuasion tools would you use? For example, would you appeal to emotion (e.g. fear) leverage social norms? Do you think more controversial strategies like shaming tactics would be effective? Would it be ethical to use emotions like shame or guilt or fear, or leverage people's insecurities, if it created positive outcome?
