In the book The Distraction Addiction, Alex Soojung-Kim Pang writes about how the many digital distractions such as our computers and cell phones can inhibit us from focusing on one task at a time. Although you have only read an excerpt of this book, I want you to consider the ideas that Soojung-Kim Pang presents in the beginning of the book.
