Case study: You are hired as a consultant by Metro Solutions Inc. for developing their data analytics strategy. Metro is a shoe manufacturing company with products offered for men, women and kids. Metro has over 1 million customers and has been in business for more than 25 years. Metro has operations in North America, Russia, Japan and India.

Metro is targeting to sell 500,000 pair of shoes in next year. Till today, Metro did not have any data analytics department and now Metro has a budget of $100 million for next 3-5 years. Metro believes that a strong data analytics strategy can help them plan better and acquire these customers smartly.
