Role play
Person 1: You are a young community services professional seeing Person 2 for the first time. They have previously received assistance from your service, but the previous professional who saw them is no longer available. You sense they are disappointed and do not really want to see them.
Person 2: You are disappointed that you have to see Person 1 because you had a good relationship with the previous professional. You really do not want to see Person 1 because they seem too young and you are not sure you have the energy to develop a relationship with another professional. However, you do not want to hurt their feelings.
