Case Study: Self worth and self efficacy can play a major role in motivation. Self worth is how a person views themself and if they have poor self worth, their motivation can be completely destroyed and not want to complete anything. Self efficacy deals with the ability to finish things. If a person lacks self efficacy, the motivation to do anything is going to be down and not exist.

I believe that self worth and self efficacy can play an important role to someone's job performance. I think that if a person has high self worth and self efficacy, then they would excel in any job aspect because they are in that "I can do it, and I will do it" attitude whereas if they lacked in the self worth and self efficacy then they would show very poor job performance and have the "I don't care, or what's the point" attitude. I believe that this same criteria would play with any aspect of life including school, home, work and in an everyday lifestyle.

Having good self worth and efficacy can make or break a person. People need to have the mentality that they are able to accomplish anything if they put their minds to it. If you can see it being done, then you need to act on how you see it. If a person was struggling in this department, I would suggest that they should go to a self-help seminar or join in a group that helps people with theses issues.
