Shaunte comes into your office in HR department and tells you that her supervisor, Henry has forced an intimate relationship on her that lasted for 6 months. Now she is coming forward to complain because she cannot take this harassment any longer and wants it to stop. She wants you to keep her name out of the investigation. After you have finished talking with Henry, you get a very different story, and he states that he and Shaunte have been dating for 6 months in a mutual and consensual way. He also stated that he has done everything to keep the relationship personal and separate from their work relationship.
