Patient is an 83-year-old female with PMHx significant for HTN, HLD, CAD, HFpEF, and NIDDMII who presents to the ED via family transport with concerns for confusion, progressive weakness, and poor oral intake over the week prior to presentation. At her baseline she is able to perform ADLs without assistance and likes to take her dog for walks around her neighborhood. Upon arrival, patient is unable to ambulate and requires 2x assist for transfers. What are your differential diagnoses? Include at least 3.
