Question: Our first topic is timely. As a student nurse, a new graduate nurse, and a human being, we all have stress. Sometimes a little stress is helpful to motivate us or heighten our awareness. But often, too much stress is harmful to our physical and mental health. Please watch this brief YouTube stress video.
