You are about to make your first inner office speech to the entire office of ADAs, investigators, and support staff.

List 5 things, such as policy changes, rules, and procedures, you are instituting that you will expect will increase and then maintain high ethical standards in your office. Be specific. Meaning, exactly what should they do, or how they should respond or what they must consider, etc. Just saying act ethically is not even close.
