Assignment - Diversity and Ethics in a Work Place Discussion and Response

Post 1 - Organizations are likely to face certain barriers when implementing the inclusive workplace model within organizations, and the company's social environment. One of them is poor leadership. Where the leader is not fully aware of the modalities to adopt in creating an inclusive workplace model, it is possible that they might fail to motivate personnel within to comply with the requirements desired (Hallinan et al., 2016). As a result, such personnel is likely to be less willing to make their peers feel included within the various activities of the organization. As a result, the situation impacts negatively upon the ability of all the employees in the organization working in ways that improve the level of productivity experienced within. To such an extent, it is possible for the employees to feel less motivated in engaging in the various activities regarding the organizations.

Another barrier is resistance to change among the personnel within. The adoption of any model in an organization normally leads to a destabilization of the usual activities as they used to occur within an entity. Thus, it is possible that the adoption of an inclusive model in an organization might serve as a great inconvenience on the part of employees. As a result, it is possible that they might show resistance which would mean that the model might fail to bear the positive impact intended of it within the organization (Al Ali et al., 2019). Thus, organizations need to adopt the best strategies which are important with respect to improving upon the level of inclusivity that some personnel receives. Leaders might need to train the personnel to enable them to attain a positive view of the change. The strategy is essential in enabling them to be more willing to adopt the concept of inclusivity within the organization. As a result, they will be more aligned with treating their peers with keen interest and concern. As a result, they will contribute positively towards ensuring high levels of productivity within the organization
