You Make the Call is your chance to apply what you're learning to a real-world scenario. For the You Make the Call, you will be presented with a scenario in which you are in charge of developing a training program. You'll be asked to write at least 5-7 sentences on the scenario. Please spend some time and really think about your answers.
a. You are in charge of staff training and development with your company. There is a new software program that every employee will be using, from seasonal staff to full-time staff.
