On April 30,2108, Bob orally ask to buy a home and its furnishing from Don. Bob is 3 days shy of his 18th birthday, and Don is a senior citizen. The same day, Don orally offers to sell the home to Bob, if Bob will also pay Don $ 1000 for some methamphetamine. On the same day, the 2 men orally agree on these terms. On May 1,2018, both men sign a written contract for the home sale to bob, but the written contract makes no mention of meth. On May 10,2018, bob orally offers to buy the home’s furniture for $750, and on the same day Don orally accepts that offer. On November 12,2021, none of these transactions has occurred, although Bob has lived in Don’s house without paying rent, since May 5,2018. On the same day ( November 12,2021), Don demands that Bob pay him the sale price for the home, that appears in the written contact, and demand that bob pay him $ 1000 for the meth already delivered by Don to Bob. Bob refuses, and demands that Don sell him the furniture for $750. Don Refuses
