Question: One part of training needs assessment is organizational analysis. When doing organizational analysis to identify the training needs of the organization, one factor to look at is the organization's business strategy, and thus identify the training needed that would support the organization's business strategy. In Topic 1, we examined several different business strategies. Let's look at the training needs that would support each business strategy:
