Question: ALEX, who is16 years old and lives in NV, offers to deliver a package to BOB, who lives in CA. BOB accepts ALEX's offer and agrees to pay ALEX $1,000 upon delivery. As ALEX is walking up BOB's driveway he steps on a crack in the driveway and falls hurting his left knee. ALEX gets up from the fall and manages to proceed to knock on the door, and as BOB opens the door CHARLES, who is being chased by the police, rushes past ALEX and BOB pushing them to the ground. CHARLES runs through the house and out the back door. As the police chased him they stop in BOB's living room where they notice a large amount of a white powdery substance on the table. The police immediately arrest BOB and take the package. When they open the package, they discover it has marijuana inside of it.
