We are exploring motivation in this Unit, so, for this reflection, I would like you take some time exploring what motivates you. This can come in both the form of what motivates you (i.e., content) and how you are motivated. In a roughly one-page reflection, I would like you to discuss the following:
1 What are the things in your life that motivate you? Think through some examples and try to dig a little deeper. Are the surface level motivators that might come to mind most quickly (e.g., money, prestige) where it ends, or are you driven by other things as well (e.g., belonging, comfort, etc.
2 Spend some time exploring how you are motivated. Describe an example from your life where your behavior can be clearly linked to one of the process theories of motivation we've discussed (e.g., changing something at work related to equity theory, setting a goal and following through, being driven to accomplish something related to expectancy theory)
