Now, think about your stress level at this point in the semester, for this is the Module you will be submitting your midterm case. It may also be holiday time for some. Do you feel stressed?

Also, think about how you handle stress. Do you sleep too little or too much? Do you seek comfort from food and drink or yell and become snappish with others?

Having reflected upon this and completed the module readings, respond to the following:

What are the stressors in your life right now? How do you respond to them? Write the description in one paragraph for each stressor.

What other time management or stress prevention or reduction techniques have you attempted? Have they been successful?
