She is currently experiencing an exacerbation and must rely on the use of a wheelchair or walker for mobility. Mrs. Burg has three children two boys and one girl ages 10, 9, and 7. She feels very alone with her new diagnosis and is struggling to manage her children, and household requirements. She is happily married, but the new diagnosis is putting a lot of strain on their relationship. The husband wants to help as much as possible, but Mrs. Burg is resistant to his help. Her parents are also very involved and are at the house daily.
