The article is about the advantage and disadvantage of revealing the mistakes in the healthcare management to the patients and to the families. The article poses on to some of pros of revealing the truth to the families and patients as it helps to maintain a trust between the doctor and patients and also brings the confidence in both the parties. But at the same time, this article tries to portray the fact that at times when the mistake committed by the doctors or hospital staff is so big to be forgiven, in these cases it really shatters the families and patients.Most of the time Physicians and doctors are open to the patients which helps them to maintain a healthy relationship with patients and also brings confidence in them while delivering a service to the patients.
