Adelle throws water at Betty pretending that it is acid. Terrified, Betty jumps out of the way and pushes Cindy, causing Cindy to break her arm. Cindy is so angry at Adelle that she tells everyone the lie that Adelle has AIDS plus the other lie that Adelle dropped out of high school. Nobody believes the high school story because they know that Adelle has a PhD. Adelle's sister Diane becomes so angry with Cindy for spreading these lies that she rushes toward Cindy intending to punch her in the face. Cindy pushes Diane to the floor and Diane runs away. Cindy chases Diane for five blocks and kicks her. The following week, Diane comes home from work and sees Cindy trying to break into Diane's home so she hits Cindy with a shovel. What are the rights of the parties and why?
