Q1. What are the relevant rules in the Olympic Charter that would need revision?
Q2. Reflecting again on O"Bonsawin's article and going a step further, should the IOC recognize and permit Indigenous and Aboriginal peoples to compete in the Olympic Games representing pan-Indian, Aboriginal, or individual nation/tribal teams? (With the same standards of qualification.) What are the relevant rules in the Olympic Charter that would need revision? Could we consider the "refugee team" in the Rio 2016 Games as a model to pursue this idea?
Q3. How do Black and Bezanson demonstrate that the story of Seoul 1988 may be exceptional? In other words, what context helps to explain the unique circumstances in which the Olympics brought political change to South Korea?
