How can a not-for-profit organization can grow: collaboration, partnership, or merger. A not for profit can grow by expanding to others cites and states. By having more individuals involved can help them reach out to others who may need assistance.

1. What are the pros and cons of this growth strategy? There are many pros and cons when it comes to any business. But the pros would be helping those in need. Providing assistance to them of any sort is also very helpful.

2. What type of organization is likely to benefit from this strategy? Why? Any organization would benefit form assistance
