Assignment: Your organization has decided to expand its business into China. They have identified Shanghai as the city where they will open their newest location and have secured the office space as well. Now they need to decide whether they will send a current employee from the United States to go to China and run the worksite there or whether they will hire a new employee who is a Chinese national to run the site with training provided from here.
