We will cover several issues in class that relate to how companies/organizations conduct their business: sustainability, human rights, personal gain, social media, and global issues, etc. You will talk about a specific issue encompassed by a topic-area and what your personal views are. You will present both sides of the issue briefly and then develop your argument as to the side you personally believe. You will be graded on the depth of your argument for your belief. In other words, you can't just say you believe something. You will need to do research outside of the readings for class to do this assignment.

Identify and describe the primary ethical dilemma or issue you will discuss.

1. Why is it an ethical issue and important to examine?

2. Present both sides of the issue.

3. List and describe alternative courses of actions.

4. What are the pros and cons of each alternative (e.g, consequences)?

5. Which alternative do you recommend and what moral theories or principles can you use to support your beliefs?

6. What will the impact of your recommendation be on an organization?

The assignment needs to be 6 typed pages, Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with 1 inch margins. You may use any type of reference page you learned in another class (e.g, APA, MLA, etc).
