Sarah is Muslim. She is working on a joint project with Tim. During a disagreement regarding the project, Tim told Sarah that she did not know what she was doing and that she should go back to her country. When Sarah subsequently proposes a different approach to the project, Tim tells here that her suggestions are as just like "her kind" would think. When Sarah tries to resolve the conflict, Tim tells her that if she is uncomfortable working with him, she should either ask to be reassigned, or she can "just pray about it". Over the next six months, Tim regularly makes negative references to Sarah's religion.
