Problem
Fabio is in today to discuss weight loss. He has been morbidly obese most of his 34 year of life. He has tried exercise, liquid diets, Atkins diet and high dose B-vitamins with little reduction of his weight. He is considering weight loss surgery but wants to exhaust all options. He wants to try prescription medication.
PMH: Morbid obesity, HTN for 4 years, OSA for 3 years uses c-pap nightly. He is prediabetic.
