Case Study: Phillips Co. has been a leader in the photographic business for 50 years. Today it has 200 stores, an online shop and a call center. A key part of its product portfolio is a photographic imaging business. However, modern photography has changed radically. Digital cameras allow the customer to choose which prints are produced and a growing number of customers are printing the images at home.
