Antigone (by Sophocles) was written in 441 BC. Yet, if you google "performances of Antigone near me," it is easy to find a production of the play (currently being produced) in Baltimore, MD, on YouTube, on the BBC and elsewhere. The question is why? What are the political and social parallels that you see between this play from ancient Greece and our contemporary world? Who are the political or corporate (etc.) leaders that remind you of Creon? How are the gender issues apparent in our world? etc. In other words, why is this play still relevant?
