3. What is the P-value of the test statistic?

4. Is their experience evidence that the tutoring program has been effective? Choose the correct answer below.

a. Since the P-value is less than 0.05, reject H0. There is sufficient evidence to determine there is a decrease in the dropout rate from 9.5%.

b. Since the P-value is less than 0.05, reject H0. There is insufficient evidence to determine there is a decrease in the dropout rate from 9.5%.

c. Since the P-value is greater than 0.05, fail to reject H0. There is sufficient evidence to determine there is a decrease in the dropout rate from 9.5%.

d. Since the P-value is greater than 0.05, fail to reject H0. There is insufficient evidence to determine there is a decrease in the dropout rate from 9.5%.
