Case Study : In Summer Villa Nursing Home, all client records are stored and maintained in the Nurses Station of each wing To ensure security of documentation, each Care Station is locked. The RN on duty holds the key to the Care Station.

Staff members complete paperwork and maintain clients' records inside the Care Station. The Care Station is locked when the Carer has finished completing documentation and leaves the station to resume other duties.
