We discussed HPOs in Module 3 and Module 4. Make sure you have read

ALL of the content required for High Performance Organizations (HPO) before writing this paper.

This short paper will require you to understand the Characteristics of a Quality Manager according to HPO criteria. It's important to remember that managers of High Performance Organizations must function in their role the same as most, but they do it in a different way than most.

Often a manager is required to think about many different points of view, possible decisions, possible outcomes, goals, resources, etc. This is no easy task when there are no concrete answers. Managers must "Synthesize" and pull together his/her experience, knowledge, gut feel, politics, and propensity to risk to arrive at the best action. This paper will require you to discuss the characteristics of a manager within an HPO. Please address the following concepts/topics in your paper:-
