Three 0.5 kg particles form an equliateral triangle with 0.6 msides. The particles are connected by rods of negligible mass.

a) What is the moment of inertia of this rigid body about anaxis that passes through two of the particles?
b) Initially the body is at rest, then a constant torque isapplied about the axis you considered in a). Which torque isrequired to take the object from rest to an angular speed of 5.0rad/s in 2.0 seconds?
c) What are the kinetic energy of and the angular momentum of the object after 2.0 seconds?
d) Repeat a), b), and c) for the case where the axis ofrotation passes through one of the particles and is parallel to therod connecting the other two.
