You will be researching on energy drinks. Most of you have taken energy drinks to stay up, get energy, or concentrate. Include the following:

1. What are the key ingredients in energy drinks. Look at red bull, monster drink.

2. Do energy drinks have caffeine? What effect does caffeine have on the human body? What are it's benefits and negative effects? What Is the purpose of caffine in the energy drink.

3. What is Taurine? What does Taurine do? Is this bad for you?

4. Red bull claims that if you drink red bull you will.......? Fill in this blank What was under law suit why? How did red bull settle this.

5. What is the main ingredient in energy drinks that will supply you with energy? For this you need to know that in the mitochondria you break sugars and produce ATP which is energy. So saying this you should know that it's the sugar that gives you energy.. so do you think it's worth spending money on energy drinks or coca cola will do same thing? Research and explain Look at the sugar content and calories of the energy drinks and coca cola. If they are similar then really the coke could provide the same energy. There may be other ingredients in energy drinks that may be said to help in concentration that coca cola doesn't have but if you are just taking energy drinks for energy then would coca cola be the same?
