3. Identify at least four stakeholders in the Sydney airport noise issue (refer to Item 4 in the previous page), and briefly describe each stakeholder's role in managing and mitigating the negative impact of aircraft-noise

4. Provide an overview of the history of Sydenham Green and the severity of noise impact. Explain how the construction of Sydney's third runway led to Sydenham Green.

5. How does Hardin's ‘logic of the commons' help explain the situation at Sydenham Green? Provide examples of ‘mutual coercion' in this context.

6. Provide a list of references
