Point 1: Amanda Muldinado is a new employee in the Metropolitan. Her first day was busy because people were checking in for the annual aluminum siding trade chow and convention. Her second day was a little more quiet because people were at the convention. Then a lady came over to her after the lady was on the phone with the hotel's phone operator who didn't allow her to call room 326. Amanda offered to call the room for her. The lady's name is Sheila Jones and the guest staying in room 326 is her husband. Sheila asked for the room key but Amanda refused due to the hotel policies. After calling the room mr. Jones picked up and said that she's actually his wife. They then went to their room together.
Point 2: The next day Amanda experienced her first time alone at the front desk. Sheila Jones came up to her and she wanted to open her husband's safe-deposit box. Amanda now knowing that Sheila is mr. Jone's wife allowed her. After that the day after that Amanda had her day off. Ron, the senior in the job was working and then Mr Jones said he couln't find his wife anywhere. He wanted to open his safe deposit box. Ron and mr. jones found out that Amanda let Sheila open the box and they also found out that Sheila took a jewelry that has another girl's name on it. Mr. Jones was not happy and is going to sue the hotel.
