What is the central adaptation strategy of your personality style?
What does this type of leader pay attention to?
How does this type of leader perceive the world?
What are the fundamental characteristics of this type of leader?
What are the mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns of this type of leader?
What are the main strengths and superpowers of this type of leader?
When does too much goodness become a drawback for this type of leader?
How does the "lower side" and "higher side" of this type of leader look?
What do the three types of leaders of this type look like?
How does this type of leader appear in the workplace, and what can be done to make it easier to work with?
What are the typical workplace behaviors of this type of leader, and why should followers care about them?
What is great about working with leaders conscious of this type, and how can followers use these characteristics in their relationship with this type of leader?
What are the typical challenges for people working with this type of leader, and what can followers do to overcome these challenges?
