a) What are the federal laws (and any state laws you may wish to identify) that deals with the question of worker safety in organizations. One in particular is OSHA which was passed by Congress in 1970. I have attached a pamphlet from OSHA that describes its provisions. Discuss the implications of the law as it relates to what companies must do to protect their workers

b) Provide at least one example of a Covid related experience in any organization where workers were required to come to work during the pandemic and how that might have conflicted with their own personal safety, and the provisions of the law(s) you have provided above.
