2) A structural biologist from a renowned medical research institute has just discovered a protein, called protein Alpha which is a key component of the covid-19 virus. She wants to find out how this protein moves in living cells. She has managed to label protein Alpha with a green fluorescent protein. Note that the molecular weight of the labelled protein is 1000 times smaller than that of the covid-19 virus. Explain how you might detect the interaction of the protein A with the covid-19 virus in living cells paying special attention to which technique you choose, how it works and what you would expect to see when the protein Alpha is either free or bound to the covid-19 virus.
