The SAS Training Center in Cary, NC has 10 trainers available.Of those trainers, seven travel to facilities to perform on-site trainings as contracted by companies around the world.

The other three only perform trainings at the SAS facility in NC.Each trainer can effectively perform trainings for 500 students per year abroad, and 700 students per year at the Cary facility.

The facilities in Cary can currently accommodate approximately 2500 students per year.This year, approximately 2950 students were trained abroad, and 2250 students were trained at the facility in NC.

1, If we assume that nothing changes for the next year, what are the: design capacity, effective capacity, utilization, efficiency, and actual output of the training facility in NC?

2, What are the effective capacity and efficiency of the trainers abroad (as a group)?

3. If all trainings were to be performed at the facility in NC, how much additional capacity would need to be added to the facility, and if we assume a 95% efficiency, how many trainers would be required?
