You are the manager of an independent courier company in Victoria, Australia. A colleague of yours has proposed a business case to expand the courier company to New South Wales, Australia.

He knows very little about the WHS laws and regulations that apply to the logistics industry whilst working with packaging, production and transporting.

You intend to put the information he needs in a written document so he can start the implementation of the business expansion.
