Question: As leaders in their organization and community, executive directors need to have a repertoire of leadership styles, perspectives, roles, and behaviors from which to draw, depending on the situation. We can develop our own leadership skills by learning from and about successful leaders in our field.

For this Discussion, review your Learning Resources and focus on the different leadership styles and traits that are needed in the nonprofit sector.
