Question

Tony is a city maintenance worker recently identified as a carrier of the Salmonterica serotype typhi shortly after laying new water piping. During the tracing, public health officials identified him as being the source for the recent 250 cases of typhoid fever, along with 33 passing away within the city. Although Tony has not been showing any symptoms, he has been known to his co-workers as not being very hygienic. Since he works long hours, he normally visits different restaurants around town for most of his meals and interacts with quite a few of the townspeople. Upon visiting with the public health department, you notice Tony and start a conversation with him where he reveals that he was requested to assist another city within the state with replacing old water pipes in the next week. Please address the following questions:
