Question - Christina is a 25-year-old who lives with two roommates. She tells you that she has been having panic attacks related to stress at work, and yesterday she had an attack at work that she experienced as humiliating. She quit her job impulsively, and now she is worried about how she will pay her rent next month. She is embarrassed and has not told anyone else what happened yet. She feels like a failure and asks you several times, "what's wrong with me?" She appears to be on the verge of a panic attack as she speaks with you.
