Learning Organization

Creating and maintaining a learning organization involves harnessing all aspects of an organization and focusing them on those tasks. In this assignment, you will discuss the characteristics of a learning organization, how to harness aspects of an organization to become a learning organization, and how to maintain a learning organization.

General Requirements:

Use the following information to ensure successful completion of the assignment:
