Case Study: The Northside CYO provides a wide range of services to individuals and families arriving as refugees in Syracuse and is a branch of Catholic Charities of Onondaga County.

We been Working in CYO's youth pragrams, which including a K-8 grade afterschool program and teen programming. We are working as assistant in both of these by helping in the afterschool program and helping High school Students with homework.

Tasks:

Helping serve snacks, keeps students engage on task

Help the lead teachers to implement the planned activities. This also involves problem-solving, and conflict resolution between students as necessary
