CASE: "slower even in high altitude"
Brian, a 21 year old male, 62kg, who lives in Benguet province was noted by his parents to be slower In everything he does with easy fatigability. He also having weight gain even though his appetite hasn't increase. He was then brought to the municipal hospital in which lab test shows TSH high with low T4 and T3 level.
