Write an essay where I will need to use the Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory to analyze what are the causes of low motivation the modeling industry. The only theory that needs to be used is the Herzberg Theory.

3) Organization of your material and evidence based on your analysis, research, and evaluation to arrive at conclusions and recommendations.

4) Discussion of how these conclusions/recommendations relate to your organization and/or industry.
