Case Study: I live in a very small town in Georgia in a small called McRae. The biggest industry here is the Prison. So I would like this paper to reflect my small town.

In this short paper, you have an opportunity to examine how governments encourage businesses to come into their jurisdiction. Take the perspective of a mayor of a city who wants to attract a new Fortune 500 business to relocate to your jurisdiction. Use evidence from fiscal parameters, vertical competition between agencies, and other levels of government to make your case to the CEO of the business.
